It is the place to go to buy one sachet of shampoo, 5-Philippine-pesos worth of cooking oil or an egg. Juanita earns by getting supplies at a wholesale price and selling at a piece rate. Juanita’s store is located adjacent to her house. Her regular customers are her neighbors and the local community. She earns a minimum of Php200 in sales every day.
